The C-stand is short for "century stand" also know as "gobo stand".
This type of c-stand is designed as a multipurpose support for flags,
lighting fixtures, prop stands, and other items that must be held in
place on set. The legs are staggered in height, allowing them to fit in,
around, and under furniture, props, and other lighting stands. A
sliding leg ( rocky mounting leg ) permits to be raised so that it can
rest on an elevated surface, such as a stair, counter, sink top, etc.
This
C-stand is made of steel that makes it to be very sturdy and time resistant. It goes with 2 sections for adjusting the height. The legs
are turntable for applying on rough and irregular floor surface. The
flag panels can be fixed on this C-stand with the tilting bracket.
